Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day. When staying longer than 7 days a 10% reduction will be applied, 20% when between 1 and 2 months. Possibility of underground parking with an extra cost of 15 euros per night. Extra housekeeping can be arranged. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion. |

Details
City centre modern apartment set in a recently rebuild building in old historic Lisbon. This bright, daylight filled, 5th floor apartment is located in Rua Garrett, one of the most important streets of historic Lisbon, has a privilege situation in the heart of the cultural and historical part of the city (Chiado), very close to several museums, operas, theatres and churches. Accommodation comprises one bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with dining and sitting areas, one full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (please note that there are no separation between the living room and kitchen). The total apartment area is 110 sqm. The apartment has air-conditioning and central heating in all the rooms. This privileged location offers easy access by foot to the subway (Chiado/Baixa station – 50 m). The apartment is 110 sqm and includes the following amenities:
a) 1 bedroom with a queen size bed with a en-suite bathroom;
b) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds;
c) Living room with dining and sitting areas, and with 1 sofa-bed with a double bed;
d) Cable TV, with English speaking channels;
e) DVD player and stereo;
f) Complete kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer, a washing machine and dish washer;
g) Bathroom with shower;
h) Highchair and baby cot available;
i) Bed linen and towels provided. Heating and Air-conditioning is available on all the rooms. New building in the historic Lisbon centre, which was rebuilt in 2003. The building has 2 elevators, being accessible to wheelchair. Possibility of underground parking with an extra cost of 15 euros per night. We will welcome you with a nice bottle of wine.
Location
Apartment located at the heart of historical Lisbon, in Rua Garrett, at the Chiado area, near Bairro Alto. A few minutes walk takes you to the Rossio, in the Baixa, and to the Elevador da Lavra. On the other direction you will reach the Praça do Comércio, where has located the centre of the Portuguese old empire near the river Tejo (Tagus). To go to Sintra or to Óbidos you must catch the train at Entre-Campos train station, which is just a short subway trip from Chiado.
Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, cash machine, public transportation (subway and electric trams) and 24 hour taxi stands, etc.

My family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed 4 nights in what we all thought was a perfect apartment - modern, very clean (well maintained), roomy (2 bedrooms and 2 baths) and comfortable, in a fantastic location, and with wonderful views of the castle. The owner (Paulo) and the rental management company were perfect to deal with - they were extremely professional and provided excellent suggestions on the best way to get to different sites, restaurants, and were very proactive and responsive with any concerns or questions we had. With the an excellent choice of tv channels, plus free wifi, we had to constantly coax our kids to leave the apartment. Overall, it was a great choice, and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. |

This was my first experience in renting an apartment for vacations. And it was nothing but perfect. We are a five-person family and all of us rated it as excellent. Although we live comfortably in Brazil, we felt as if we were at home. The apartment has one of the best possible locations in Lisbon, is very comfortable, fully equipped, clean and well maintained. Both the owner and the people who manage the location are nice and reliable. Everything was as advertised and happened as agreed. I strongly recommend this apartment. When I go back to Lisbon I will stay there again. |

My friends and I were visiting Lisbon from Canada and the US. We rented two apartments for a week and couldn't have been happier! The location of the apartments is perfect!! Great shopping, cafes, and restaurants at your doorstep! The apartments were clean, comfortable, recently renovated, and had a nice view. The pull out couches were quite comfortable and the beds extra firm (those with back problems will appreciate this). We also preferred the amenities of the apartment over hotels, such as the washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, wireless internet, and living/dining room area. And thank goodness for the elevators to transport our large suitcases! Paulo and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful, and all correspondences and transactions were easy and smooth. This place is a great find! I would absolutely recommend it to others and stay here on my next visit to beautiful Lisbon! |
