Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day. When staying longer than 7 days a 10% reduction will be applied, 20% when between 1 and 2 months. Possibility of underground parking with an extra cost of 15 euros per night. Extra housekeeping can be arranged. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion. |

Details
City centre modern apartment set in a recently rebuild building in old historic Lisbon. This bright, daylight filled, 4th floor apartment is located in Rua Garrett, one of the most important streets of historic Lisbon. It has a privileged situation in the heart of the cultural and historical part of the city (Chiado), very close to several museums, operas, theatres and churches. Accommodation comprises one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with dining and sitting areas, one full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (please note that there is no separation between the living room and kitchen). The apartment has air-conditioning and central heating in all the rooms. This location offers easy access by foot to the subway (Chiado/Baixa station – 50 m). The apartment is 120 sqm and includes the following amenities:
a) 1 bedroom with a queen size bed with a en-suite bathroom;
b) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds;
c) Living room with dining and sitting areas, and with 1 sofa-bed with a double bed;
d) Cable TV, with English speaking channels;
e) DVD player and stereo;
f) Complete kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer, a washing machine and dish washer;
g) Bathroom with shower;
h) Highchair and baby cot available;
i) Bed linen and towels provided. The flat is provided with internet connection. New building in the historic Lisbon centre, which was rebuilt in 2003. The building has 2 elevators, being accessible to wheelchair. Possibility of underground parking with an extra cost of 15 euros per night. We will welcome you with a nice bottle of wine.
Location
Apartment located at the heart of historical Lisbon, in Rua Garrett, at the Chiado area, near Bairro Alto. A few minutes walk takes you to Rossio, in Baixa, and to the Elevador da Lavra. On the other direction you will reach the Praça do Comércio. To go to Sintra you must catch the train at Rossio train station, which is walking distance from the apartment. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, cash machine, public transportation (subway and electric trams) and 24 hour taxi stands, etc.

We were 5 adults and one toddler spending a few days in Lisbon in December (by the way, the weather was in the 50s-60s and only rained briefly). This apartment is on the 4th floor of an elevator building. It is in the most desirable location of Lisbon in the Chiado neighborhood. It is close to shopping (including a supermarket), restaurants, and walking distance to the metro, the train station, the Alfama (we had grandma babysit while we walked to a wonderful Fado dinner), the castle, Bairro Alto, etc. We LOVED our trip to Portugal and would definitely recommend this great, clean, modern, comfortable apartment (with wrap around terrace with views of the Se Cathedral) and a trip to this country (also GO see Sintra!). The description and pictures are entirely accurate. The management company was very helpful and the owner was also very attentive. One note is that although it is low season in December, make dinner reservations on December 23rd (oddly enough) everything was fully booked and we had to get take out from the mall. |

This apartment is in a very central location and is ideal for a sightseeing stay in Lisbon. We are a family of four and the apartment was very modern and spacious and suited us perfectly. The wi-fi was a bonus. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. Many thanks |
