Low and medium season: 5 nights
High season (July and August): 1 week A payment of 20% of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation. There is a € 500 deposit for one week stays (7nights). For stays of less than 7 nights there is a deposit of € 100 for each night. This deposit is to be returned at the Check-out if no damages occur in the apartment. Check in after 4:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day. When staying longer than 14 days a 10% reduction will be applied, 20% when between 1 and 2 months. Extra housekeeping can be arranged. Accommodation comprises one bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a queen size bed, two other bedrooms with 2 single beds, living room with dining and sitting areas, full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms have air conditioning and central heating. This privileged location offers easy access by foot to the village for restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. These resort apartments are clustered around the Center Club, where you'll find a pleasant bar with terrace at your disposal - Klub Villaggio. This includes a swimming pool, tennis courts and extensive landscaping with gardens, terraces, walkways and squares where children can play freely and safely, all in a totally car free environment.
The apartment is 162 sqm and includes the following amenities:
a) 1 bedroom with a queen size bed with a en-suite bathroom;
b) 2 bedroom with 2 single beds (option for an extra bed for each bedroom);
c) Living room with dining and sitting areas;
d) Cable TV, with English speaking channels;
e) DVD player and stereo;
f) Complete kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer, a washing machine and dish washer;
g) Bathroom with bathtub;
h) Large terrace with 25 sqm;
i) Highchair and baby cot available;
j) Bed linen and towels provided. The apartment is cleaned for incoming guests and once a week thereafter, with change of bed linen and towels. Underground parking available. We will welcome you with a nice bottle of wine and a basket of fruits.
Location
Manique nestles in the dazzling setting of Cascais, right on the Estoril coast. It is close to the Sintra Mountain Range and its Natural Park, to extensive gorgeous beaches and it is only 25 kms and 20 minutes away from the beauty and culture of cosmopolitan Lisbon. This location will give you enough flexibility to enjoy the tennis, golf, boat excursions and the Estoril Casino. Also has great access to some fantastic beaches, water sports, golf and the stunning Sintra-Cascais Natural Park – a UNESCO World Heritage site for its natural beauty and cultural interest. The Estoril Coast stretches along the beautiful west coast from Lisbon. Along the coast lie an abundance of sandy blue flag beaches, beautiful lush countryside and historical sites. Cascais is a sophisticated and lively beach resorts, with plenty of cultural interest, with the 16th Century Church, many museums and a zoo. There are all sorts of bars, restaurants and clubs ranging from traditional dance to loud DJ’s, and plenty of British pubs. Estoril itself is a beach holiday haven. The promenade which stretches along Estoril’s three beaches has all the facilities and refreshments needed on a beach holiday, luxury villas and a championship golf course. Estoril Casino is one of the largest in Europe, and there is always plenty of fun being had inside. The beautiful town if Sintra lies just inland from the coast in the lush steep hills described by the poet Lord Byron as a ‘glorious Eden’. A great way to see Sintra is by the Sintra tram, and from which the towering Palacio Nacional, Modern Art Museum, Toy Museum and Archaeological Museum can be discovered.

| I just thought that I would write and thank you for your assistance with our holiday now that we have settled back into normal life. We all enjoyed ourselves very much, despite the weather, which became sunnier on our last day!
