It is a rental concept of serviced apartments for those looking for the comfort of home during a certain period.

  • Holiday rentals (stays from 3 days up to 1 month) – suitably ample and modern spaces in a temporary residence;
  • Medium-term rentals (from 1 month up to 1 year) - Providing upscale, affordable short-term housing. Students and corporate accommodations ideal for individuals and families who are relocating to the area, between homes, visiting the area for business or studing far from home (staying in bedrooms at a house exclusively for students).
